Biography

Claude B. Moore, Jr. is a graduate of the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Business Administration. Claude is a native of Huntsville, Alabama, and has been actively involved in real estate appraisal and brokerage in the Huntsville/Madison County area since 1985. Claude has been employed with Garrett & Associates, Inc. since 1990, with an emphasis on the appraisal of commercial real estate. Claude has been certified with the Alabama Real Estate Appraisers' Board upon the inception of state licensing and certification in 1991; Certificate Number R00507. Claude has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Alabama since 1989, with his primary responsibilities with Garrett & Associates, Inc. including commercial brokerage, leasing, and property management since 1995.
